Nest follows Susan as she looks back on her life, and the father she never met.

For this film I was the Producer, Director and Editor. I made this short in my second year at sixth from collage and the film later went on to win the 2017 Media Magazine Film Competition which was hosted in the BFI at Southbank London. The film was my first opportunity to screen my work in front of a large group of people and it was really nice to receive validation for a film that I work on for so long. Having a close relationship with the subject matter of the film meant that I was able to make Susan feel comfortable while being interviewed which in turn allowed her to speak more openly about her father which is a very sensitive Subject.
